CALL TO WORSHIP – Caden Coghill and Merritt Cogdill
Give ear to God’s teaching.
We gather to hear the stories of our ancestors.
Incline your ears to parables and dark sayings of our ancestors.
We come seeking stories and God’s power.
Tell the coming generations of God’s glorious deeds.
We will not hide them from our children.
Come to the fount of living water.
We will drink deeply from the waters of life.
Taste the wellspring of our salvation.
We gather to worship as people reborn.

HYMN OF PRAISE “Fairest, Lord Jesus” CRUSADERS’ HYMN
Fairest Lord Jesus, ruler of all nature,
O Thou of God and man the Son.
Thee will I cherish, Thee will I honor,
Thou, my soul’s glory, joy and crown.

Fair are the meadows, fairer still the woodlands,
robed in the blooming garb of spring.
Jesus is fairer, Jesus is purer,
who makes the woeful heart to sing.

Fair is the sunshine, fairer still the moonlight
and all the twinkling, starry hosts
Jesus shines brighter, Jesus shines purer
than all the angels heaven can boast.

Beautiful Savior, Lord of all nations,
Son of God and Son of man!
Glory and honor, praise, adorations,
now and forevermore be Thine!
~Anonymous German Hymn, 1677

CALL TO PRAYER “Lord, I Stretch My Hands to You” J. Althouse
Sanctuary Choir, 2019
Lord, I stretch my hands to you; no other help I know.
If you should leave me all alone, where, then, shall I go?
Lord, I give my soul to you; I seek your care and love.
No other blessings do I need but those from you above.
Lord, I ask you, give me faith and help me understand.
And Lord, when I this life shall leave, just hold me in your hand.
Lord, I stretch my hands to you. Amen

OUR OFFERINGS
Taking an offering is an act of worship and a part of our service each week. It is important to remember that our offering not only
supports the ministry of the church but is an expression of our thankfulness for all God has given us. We give today because God first gave to us.

BENEDICTION
The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you;
the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace.
